Newcastle Ramblers

The Newcastle Ramblers Bushwalking Club is a group of people interested in the bush, bushwalking,  camping and other outdoor recreational activities. Established in 1961, the Club is affiliated with Bushwalking NSW (Inc) and adheres to their Code of Ethics, which includes minimal impact bushwalking. The Club organises activities for both families and individuals,  including walking, backpacking , kayaking, and cycling. The Club concentrates on ensuring all members are able to participate in their chosen activities in a safe manner and has established a strong risk management and safety awareness program. All members are able to develop their bushwalking skills with regular map and compass training and first aid courses. These are held on the 3rd Monday of each month at 7:30pm at the

Charlestown Uniting Church, 24 Milson Street, Charlestown  NSW
